JK Construction completed flood mitigation and drainage improvement works at the Millwater Hockey Turf to help protect the facility from flooding and improve long-term stormwater management. The project was designed to enhance the resilience of this important community sporting facility, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for players and the wider community for years to come.

Our scope of works included bulk earthworks to reshape the site and improve drainage, construction of a new swale drainage system to better manage stormwater runoff, and a culvert upgrade to increase water flow capacity and reduce flood risk.

By combining our in-house expertise across project engineering, surveying, project management and site delivery, JK Construction successfully delivered the works safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, providing a practical and long-lasting drainage solution for the Millwater community.
